I would like to wish each and every one of you a very Merry Christmas!  May you know grace, peace, & love during this blessed holiday season.

My beloved grandmother passed away last week.  MaMa was truly an original, and I can not express what she meant to me.  Consequently, this week’s thankfulness revolves around the wonderful memories I have of my MaMa.

10. Spending Friday nights at MaMa & Pappy’s house

9. Watching “Days of Our Lives”

8. Countless trips to my private tap lessons on Saturday mornings

7. Getting to pick out one Barbie outfit during each visit to TG&Y

6. Helping to “double” the laundry

5. The best maccaroni & cheese pie

4. The best cornbread

3. The best sweet tea

2. MaMa always coming to watch my dance performances over the years

1. Sharing the same middle name & passing it to Stinkerbell as well

Amy Grant’s “Breath of Heaven” has quickly become my most favorite Christmas song of all time.  I hope you will take the time to listen and enjoy.

My thankfulness for this week …
